Loudoun Country Day School (LCDS) is looking for an enthusiastic, talented educator to join our team as a lead teacher in 4th grade for the 2025-2026 Academic year. Reporting to the Lower School Director, our new 4th grade teacher will be a collaborative and passionate educator with a learner’s mindset. This is a full-time position. The person hired will teach Language Arts and Math every day to the students in their respective homerooms, and a speciality subject (possibly science, social studies, writing, or grammar) twice per week to all of the students in the grade. They will also attend teacher workdays and meetings, and assume various duties commensurate with those of other LCDS full-time teachers.
